Q1 – How much does it cost?
A1 – One-off purchase is £399. Another option is to pay a lower £135 with a subscription fee. With the subscription, you have a choice of either 23p per day OR 0.5% commissions per order.
Q2 – Can I automatically print my website orders?
A2 – Yes. By default, the printer is set to print new orders without needing to press any buttons. Orders will be printed within 30 seconds.
Q3 – Can I accept or decline orders on this printer?
A3 – Yes. When new orders arrive, you will need to press the Accept or Reject button. After accepting, then you’ll get the option to add extra time to the order.
Q4 – Can I send SMS messages to my customers?
A4 – Yes. You will need to purchase SMS credit. After which, you can send an SMS after accepting or rejecting an order. And when the order is ready to collect or out for delivery. You can also send an SMS if you need extra time for the order.
Q5 – Can I change the language?
A5 – Yes. Our printer is available in the following languages: English, عربى, 中文, Español, Français, Polskie, Italiano, Türk, Dansk, Polskie, Deutsche, Nederlands.
Q6 – My kitchen can’t read small text. Will this printer help?
A6 – Yes. Our printer has the option to change the size of the receipt text. Choose from extra small, small, medium, large and extra-large
