What are the APN details for the sim card? I keep getting the 'Internet Connection Error' message
To complete the printer SETUP WIZARD via the GPRS mode, please ensure your sim card is ACTIVATED and you have the correct APN details for your sim card. If you have ordered the sim card directly from us, then use the APN details provided below: 1. Network APN name: wlapn.com 2. APN Username: printerco 3. APN Password: printercoFailure to enter the correct APN details MAY result in your printer failing to connect to the internet, and ultimately iConnect. Please contact your sim card provider to get your APN details. Alternatively, you can do a quick Google search for "EE apn settings" or whichever network required. If you're still having problems, then you can try to send a request to your sim card provider to REFRESH your sim card.
