Using both a SIM and Wifi
Sometimes, a connection issue can arise if you have both a sim card and Wi-Fi connections both running together. Please re-try to run the setup wizard with either the GPRS mode or Wi-Fi. A) If you are using the GPRS mode, then ensure you are entering your correct network APN details. Also, ensure to have turned off Wi-Fi under F1 -> Settings -> Wi-Fi. B) If you are using the Wi-Fi mode, then ensure you have taken out the sim card.
