Will the SIM cards you sell work in any country?

We provide a low-cost data plan for SIM cards used on EE, O2 or Vodafone UK networks. All our SIM cards come with 100 MB aggregated data and cost £2.99 per month. This 100 MB data is enough to receive thousands of orders per month. Please note, the SIM cards we provide are only for the UK. If you wish to use a SIM card in a different country, it will be more cost-effective if you find a local provider for that country.

What are the APN details for the sim card? I keep getting the 'Internet Connection Error' message

To complete the printer SETUP WIZARD via the GPRS mode, please ensure your sim card is ACTIVATED and you have the correct APN details for your sim card. If you have ordered the sim card directly from us, then use the APN details provided below: 1. Network APN name: wlapn.com 2. APN Username: printerco 3. APN Password: printercoFailure to enter the correct APN details MAY result in your printer failing to connect to the internet, and ultimately iConnect. Please contact your sim card provider to get your APN details. Alternatively, you can do a quick Google search for "EE apn settings" or whichever network required. If you're still having problems, then you can try to send a request to your sim card provider to REFRESH your sim card.

Refresh Request

If you bought your sim card from us, we can send a refresh request on your behalf. For me to do this, I'll need to take the ICCID number of your sim card. This is printed on the sim card itself. If you don't have the sim card with you, you can find this in your iConnect providing you have strictly followed the correct steps when adding your printer. You can find it in the "SIM Serial Number (SSN)" field under "Printer List" -> "Printer Details" page.
