Rerun through the set up wizard

Sometime, the reason your printer can get be disconnected from the server is due to the setup wizard not run correctly. Therefore, can you please confirm to me that you have successfully run through the setup wizard, without any IMEI error messages. If done correctly, you should see "iBacsTel" on the idle screen. If not done correctly, you will still be prompted to run the setup wizard. If you think you have not done this correctly, please follow the steps below: 1. Press the CONFIRM button (for IBT500) OR the MENU button (for IBT6000). 2. Enter your device manager password (by default it is set to 123456 or 0000) 3. Select SETUP WIZARD 4.
