Refunding our products
We are extremely sorry that you feel like you need a refund. To help you with this, please can I take the IMEI and S/N number of the printer. We also have a strict refund policy that can be found on our website. Full refunds will only be processed if you find the printer to be damaged within 14 days of purchase. Please note, if the printer is found to be working correctly but you were just not able to get it working, you will not be eligible for a full refund. In this case, we can offer a partial refund depending on the condition of the printer. A. If all packaging is intact - 70% Partial Refund B.
