If you bought your sim card from us, we can send a refresh request on your behalf. For me to do this, I'll need to take the ICCID number of your sim card. This is printed on the sim card itself. If you don't have the sim card with you, you can find this in your iConnect providing you have strictly followed the correct steps when adding your printer. You can find it in the "SIM Serial Number (SSN)" field under "Printer List" -> "Printer Details" page.
