My IMEI on iConnect is not matching with the IMEI on the printer
Firstly, we like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. Sometimes there can be an IMEI mismatch with our database and what's assigned to the devices. In this case, we will need to collect the correct IMEI number from you, along with serial number (S/N) so that we can correct our database. After this is done, we'll remove the printer from your iConnect account so that you can add it back again, this time with the correct IMEI number.To find the IMEI number on your printer, press the "F1" button on your printer and then scroll to "Display IMEI". Please check to see if this matches with the one shown on your iConnect.
