My API is deactivated

If you have any outstanding invoices for more than 4 weeks, the system will automatically deactivate your iConnect API. This means, although your printer is shown as connected, no orders will be received by it. To re-activate your API immediately, please log in to your iConnect control panel and pay any outstanding invoices online. Please note, making a payment for this via Bank Transfer will take 1-3 days to process.
