I'm using the plugin. My printer is working fine. But suddenly, my orders are not being sent to the printer anymore.

If you can confirm that by sending an order directly from iConnect, it is received and printed fine, then please check the following: 1. Ensure the correct settings are entered in your iConnect Plugin Settings, especially the Printer ID and Licence Key. 2. Please try to reset your iConnect API password.
