How to pay iConnect invoices

My invoices are not getting paid

For invoices to be paid automatically from your card, your invoice total must be more than £5 in amount. For invoices that are less than £5, you will need to pay them via the Wallet. If you have enough credit in your wallet and notice that your invoice was still not paid, then you may need to re-activate your wallet. To do so, deactivate your wallet and then activate it again. As soon as you do so, you should notice that your due invoices are paid instantly.

I want to stop billing for an inactive/remove printer

Please inform our team that you wish to remove a printer from your account. Please include the printer ID of the printer that you want removed.

My invoices are not getting paid automatically by wallet

For invoices to be paid automatically from your wallet, you need to make sure you don't have more than 1 invoice that is due for payment. If you do, then you'll need to pay it with your card.

My API is deactivated

If you have any outstanding invoices for more than 4 weeks, the system will automatically deactivate your iConnect API. This means, although your printer is shown as connected, no orders will be received by it. To re-activate your API immediately, please log in to your iConnect control panel and pay any outstanding invoices online. Please note, making a payment for this via Bank Transfer will take 1-3 days to process.

Cancel Direct Debit/ Removed card details

To remove your card details from the iConnect subscription you will need to log into your iConnect account. From there, hover over the ACCOUNTS menu tab, and then click on BILLING PREFERENCES. On the next page, you will see a list of your cards and the option to remove each one. Please note we do not use Direct Debit so there is no need to cancel anything from your bank.

Help using the iConnect demo account

Our demo accounts help you to test your integration before investing your money in our printers. Simply log in to find the virtual test printer that has already been added. Send your orders to this printer and ensure it reaches the "Transaction List" successfully.
