Cancel Direct Debit/ Removed card details
To remove your card details from the iConnect subscription you will need to log into your iConnect account. From there, hover over the ACCOUNTS menu tab, and then click on BILLING PREFERENCES. On the next page, you will see a list of your cards and the option to remove each one. Please note we do not use Direct Debit so there is no need to cancel anything from your bank.
